Azores Villas

The Azores Villas are three thoroughly-modern ocean view apartments on the sunny south coast of Sao Miguel.

Located on the eastern outskirts of the capital Ponta Delgada, these new-builds have a sleek, contemporary feel thanks to their open floor plans, bright white walls and polished concrete floors (a defining characteristic of contemporary Azorean architecture).

Ocean Villa 1 is divided across the ground floor and first floor, with two double bedrooms (the master bedroom has a balcony), two bathrooms, an open-plan living room/diner and a fully equipped kitchen.

Ocean Villa 2 has a similar layout across floors one and two, with a larger terrace for admiring the sweeping panoramic ocean views.

Ocean Villa 3 is its own three-storey building, with two ensuite double bedrooms (the master has its own balcony once again), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen/diner.

All three villas are air conditioned, with smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. A car is recommended to allow you to explore the island, but not essential – the centre of Ponta Delgada is a pleasant twenty-minute walk along the sea front.
