Casa do Norte

Casa do Norte is a cosy, traditional house on the small island of Santa Maria.

The Casa is perfect if you’re looking for the calm and quiet of a peaceful rural retreat. The large garden has wonderful views across the rolling hills of Santa Barbara and out across the Atlantic ocean. The first floor has an open-plan layout, with a well-equipped kitchen and living area, and a double bedroom. The lower floor was the original storeroom for the house and has been converted into a spacious bathroom. We’ll usually recommend including a car hire to explore further afield and to shop for supplies. There’s a minimum stay of five nights which is the perfect amount of time to relax and unwind on the beautiful island.
