Casa Margarida is a peaceful retreat on the small island of Santa Maria.

Located on the outskirts of Santo Espirito, this lovingly-restored rural house has two bedrooms, one double and one double-bunk, making it ideal for a family of four. There’s a well-equipped kitchen/diner/lounge with a quiet sun terrace at the rear and a beautiful country garden at the front.

We recommend including a hire car during your stay – everywhere’s a short drive away on this diminutive island: the swimming pools at Maia, Praia Formosa beach and the historic harbour town of Vila do Porto are all close by.
