Just 800m from one of Sao Miguel’s best north coast beaches, Praia Santa Barbara, Quinta dos Peixes Falantes is made up of two one-bedroom houses and two studio apartments.

The houses have a master bedroom with a queen bed or two single beds, a separate living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The studios have a combined master bedroom and living room, with a queen bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and indoor and outdoor dining areas once again. The décor is light and contemporary throughout all four properties, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi – the kitchenettes are equipped with an electric hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine, whilst the en-suite bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer; beach towels are also provided.

Breakfast is available on request (24 hours in advance) and are served in the old chapel.
