Quinta Perpetua

The Quinta Perpetua apartments are the perfect, peaceful retreat for walkers and nature lovers alike.

Quinta Perpetua sits on the slopes of Graciosa’s main caldeira, just outside the village of Luz on the island’s south coast. There are three apartments – Casa Flores is in the recently renovated traditional farmhouse and has a combined living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen/diner with a traditional oven, and a bathroom with a shower.

Studio-style Casa do Corvo has a cosy living area with a small kitchen, a spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine bedroom, and direct access to the shared outside courtyard. Casa Pico is a one-bedroom apartment with a double bedroom and bathroom, and a living room/diner with a well-equipped kitchen. Casa Pico’s terrace has a wonderful view over the garden and across the sea to the islands of Sao Jorge, Faial and Pico.
